This tiny mini top hat is made from pressed felt  and is 2" in height and approx. 4" in width

Fluffy red feathers sit to the back under red satin ribbon with a red veil and bewelled butterfly to the front (DIFFERENT ONE THAN PIC)

These hats are ideal for any event such as parties, races, celebrations and have a burlesque look

A clear comb fastens to the hair for a secure fit (it can be made with a satin headband by request)
