POSTAGE

 The one postage charge is paid no matter how many masks are purchased

DISPATCH TIME IS USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AS MOST OF THESE MASKS ARE HAND CRAFTED.  MINI TOP HATS- PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS BEFORE DISPATCH

Shipping and Delivery

Special Delivery (£6.49)**Please note that your parcel will be delivered on the date as shown in the postage options
We use Royal Mail to send all our parcels including next day delivery. Recorded and next day delivery require a signature so it is advisable to give us an address with someone at home or a work address to sign for it.


Saturday Delivery (£7.99)

If you need your mask to be delivered on a Saturday you must choose the Saturday delivery option before 10pm on a Thursday

1st Class (£2.99) & 1st Class Recorded (£3.75)

Orders which are sent first class can take between 1- 3 days arrive. Please remember this is not a guaranteed service and if your order is needed for a specific date less than a week away, we recommend the Special Delivery service if you want peace of mind

Delivery Address
Paypal have changed their confirmation email to you which states that delivery can only be to your cardholder address.  Please note that we will deliver to the shipping address that you fill in on your order form from this web site.  Please email if you require any changes

Orders which have not arrived

We have been sending parcels using Royal Mail for several years.  Please take note of  the following information which will help in tracking your order:

Make sure that none of your neighbours could recieved your order when you were out.  Also check to see if a card has been left for you with arrangements to re-deliver your order (this card does not always get left by Royal Mail) but more often than not,your order will have been taken to your local postal depot where it will sit until called for

Please remember the only guaranteed delivery service is the special delivery service- if your order was a special delivery then we will have emailed you the tracking number. You will be to able to trace its progress on the Royal Mail web site.  Please ensure you are in to sign for it as if you are out it will be returned to the sorting office.

Proof of posting is kept for each  parcel that is dispatched. 

 ONCE DISPATCHED YOUR PARCEL IS IN THE HANDS OF ROYAL MAIL.  WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY TIMES.  IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES AFTER YOUR EVENT YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US AND WE WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE MASK  EXCLUDING THE POSTAGE

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide - orders to the US usually take 5-7 working days subject to customs clearance
To the rest of Europe - 4-7 working days

To the rest of the world - 7-14 working days

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING TIMES ARE APPROX.  WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICES SO PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE YOUR EVENT

Your package may be delayed by UK or your country's customs. There is no way to speed up this process - these are random checks by Government.

Overseas Orders

We are sorry, but we cannot accept payment by cheque due to currency exchange rates.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USA AIRMAIL POSTAL OPTION @ £5.99 DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.  THE AIRSURE OPTION @ £9.95 IS AVAILABLE.  THIS SERVICE WILL BE PLACED ON THE AIRPLANE 1 DAY EARLIER THAN THE NORMAL AIRMAIL SERVICE.  IT ALSO TRACKS PROOF OF DELIVERY

RETURNS

When you purchase from an online company you have a statutory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us.
