POSTAGE
The one postage charge is paid no matter how many masks are purchased
DISPATCH TIME IS BETWEEN 24 - 48 HOURS AS IT IS VERY BUSY AT THE MOMENT AND AS MOST OF THESE MASKS ARE HAND MADE- THEY DO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL
Shipping and Delivery
Next Day Delivery (£5.99)**Please note that next day delivery deadline is only available on orders placed before 2pm to ensure that they are delivered the following day**
We use Royal Mail to send all our parcels including next day delivery. Recorded and next day delivery require a signature so it is advisable to give us an address with someone at home or a work address to sign for it.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MASKS POSTED ON FRIDAY USING THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE WILL ARRIVE ON MONDAY. IF SATURDAY DELIVERY IS REQUIRED , PLEASE CHOOSE THE 'SATURDAY' NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.
Saturday Delivery (£7.99)
If you need your mask to be delivered on a Saturday you must choose the Saturday delivery option
1st Class (£2.99) & 1st Class Recorded (£3.99)
Orders which are sent first class can take between 1- 3 days arrive. Please remember this is not a guaranteed service and if your order is needed for a specific date less than a week away, we recommend the Next Day service if you want peace of mind
Orders that have not yet arrived
We have been sending parcels through Royal Mail for several years and the following information is valuable in tracking your goods:
Check that none of your neighbours could have taken the parcel in for you, then double check no left parcel notification (the small red card) has been pushed through the letterbox by Royal Mail (they are easily mislaid or sometimes not left at all).
All of our parcels are sent out in boxes which are too large for a letterbox so if nobody answers at the address your order will be taken back to your local sorting office.
It may simply still be in the system if it's a standard shipping order but it's also worth a call or visit to your local sorting office as occasionally they try to deliver and don't leave a card. They will take the parcel back to the sorting office where it could sit for up to 3 weeks and they won't try to redeliver in that time.
Above all, please remember the only guaranteed delivery service is the next day delivery - if your order was a next day delivery then we will have emailed you the tracking number. You will be to able to trace its exact whereabouts on the Royal Mail web site but remember they must be signed for, or again will be taken back to the sorting office
We have proof of posting for each and every parcel that we dispatch but once it is in the Royal Mail system it is out of our hands - please also remember that the standard service may be significantly slower at busy periods and only includes working days.
ONCE DISPATCHED YOUR PARCEL IS IN THE HANDS OF ROYAL MAIL. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY TIMES. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES AFTER YOUR EVENT YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US AND WE WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE MASK EXCLUDING THE POSTAGE

Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide - orders to the US usually take 5-7 working days
To the rest of Europe - 3-7 working days
To the rest of the world - 7-14 working days
Your package may be delayed by UK or your country's customs. There is no way to speed up this process - these are random checks by Government.
Please contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to locate your package
Overseas Orders
Please use paypal for payment. We are sorry, but we cannot accept payment by cheque due to currency exchange rates.

RETURNS
When you purchase from an online company you have a statutory right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us.
You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery cost). Please note that partial refunds for goods paid through Nochex will be sent to you via cheque as the Nochex system is unable to process these particular types of refunds
The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc.
Any item showing signs of damage wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us.
DISCLAIMER
We cannot be held liable for any claims, injury or damages resulting from anyone's physical conditions such as allergies or sensitivities to materials used in making of these masks or any claims, injury or damages that might arise as a result of wearing these masks.
PAYMENTS
We accept Paypal, Google checkout and Nochex. Please note that some of these payment gateways do not accept a different delivery address than the registered cardholder address. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IMPORTANT MESSAGES SUCH AS CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS ETC. THROUGH PAYPAL. WE WILL DELIVER TO YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER.
