This gorgeous mini top hat is made from pressed felt  and is 3 1/2" in height and approx. 7" in width

  Ostrich feathers and shaped black feathers  to the back of this hat  under a red ribbon sash.  A diamonte design sits to the front (different to the one in pic)

These hats are ideal for any event such as parties, races, celebrations and have a burlesque look

A removeable satin covered hairband fastens to the hair for a secure fit
